7 Steps to Get What You Need: A Simple Checklist

Many of us chase what we think we want while simultaneously tuning out to what we actually need to thrive. 

Although you can probably come up with a few other essentials that might fit your life, these 7 are pretty universal and cover a lot of territory.

Here’s your practical quick checklist for thriving.

Feel free to rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being absolutely yes, and 1 being absolutely no.

  1. Do I breathe deeply and fully on a regular basis?
  2. Do I hydrate my body enough on a daily basis?
  3. Do I prioritize my sleep and set myself up for healing and recovery?
  4. Am I becoming ever more selective with the foods I consume?
  5. Am I continuously working on creating an environment in which I can thrive?
  6. Am I continuously growing my connection and relationship to self and others?
  7. Am I giving myself ever greater permission for self-expression?

Life is busy and full. We, at times, need to stop, pause, and reconnect with high priority items.
