Find 5 moments where you think you are being productive.
Now look at those moments, and ask yourself, “where am I being lazy at the same time?”
I’ve done this with thousands of clients, and the same damn thing happens every single time.
They find, that in moments they judged themselves as productive, they were simultaneously lazy in another area of their life.
Why does it matter?
Because when you break the dual structure of the mind, you free yourself of a judgement, you release new brain energy and unstick a part of you that was stuck in a bias.
AND THE BIGGEST REALIZATION YOU HAVE, IS THAT YOU CAN’T AVOID BEING “LAZY”.
For most, this post is going to fly over your head like NOT THAT BIG A DEAL.
But for those people that absolutely HATE the idea of themselves being lazy, this type of exercise is WILDLY LIBERATING.
Most of my clients burst into laughter that they have held the lifelong belief that they can actually be one-sided, and avoid another side of them.
When they truly see this truth, they free themselves of their own slavery and baggage of attempting to be half a human.
They are further freed to keep going along with life, without trying to prove THAT THEY AREN’T LAZY.
And this, is how you let go, of old, outdated ideas about yourself.
