Office Manager/Personal Assistant- Full time, permanent
We are looking for an exceptional new member of our team in the role of Office Manager/Personal Assistant. Our business is evolving in many ways with cutting edge health and wellness modalities and we are seeking support in the areas of office management and customer relations. We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional interpersonal skills/customer service, attention to details, strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to change.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to manage operations of a Holistic Chiropractic and Lifestyle Centre
Manage patients including scheduling, patient flow, collecting payment
Exceptional customer service including building rapport, meaningful conversation, engaging members
Front line communication with phone calls and emails
Office organization from filing, ordering, cleanliness,
Assist in planning and organizing internal/external events
Assist with online social media planning, implementation and de-briefing
Assist with creation of organizational systems for business flow and efficiency
Oversee and assist with creation of online website educational material and online platforms
Assist with examination of patients and/or preparation of patients
Skills and Attributes:
