Scientists conclude that there are approximately 37.2 trillion cells in the human body. Essentially, your body-mind is a family of 37.2 trillion;
That’s one big family!
Now in day-to-day, we tend to look outward and try to control others such as your coworkers, kids, boss, friends or other relatives…
Could a better intention be to focus on gaining connection and power with the 37.2 trillion family members that you already have? To get all of them on the same page??
And what if, over the next week, you placed THIS family as the supreme family to pay attention to, give light to.
Could we also look at disease, illness, despair, anxiety, overwhelm as a loss of good relationship with THIS family?
Make peace with, connect with, adore, love, radiate….
In the healing world, we use a word to describe getting your 37 trillion team on the same page.
We call this COHERENCE.
And coherence is a flow of the body-mind in which the cells dance in a similar direction, like when birds fly together or fish swim together.
There is an unseen, unknown level of communication that is being exchanged without words.
Everyone just knows there job, where to go, what to do, and how to get there.
This is why we measure coherence through Heart Rate Variability. HRV is the single most important test to verify your inner flow and inner resilience.
NEED TO GET THE FAMILY ORGANIZED?
Here are three ways to build coherence, flow and to have your trillion-member family get on the same page:
1) Place your hands, one over top of the other, on your chest in front of your heart.
2) Begin to breathe and follow your breath in and out
3) Radiate with gratitude, love or light for 3-5 minutes, focusing on the movement of your hands, the energy or the breath and stay tuned in to the rhythm.
Scientifically, this routine is shown to decrease stress hormones, renew and recirculate stuck energy, lower anxiety, and build flow.
