What’s your next step? This is a nudge reminder.
You may have a project, something around your house you’ve been putting off, someone you’ve been meaning to go visit, something you’ve wanted to share…..
You’re unconscious mind will continue to speak to you in whispers and give you little reminders that there is an “incomplete”.
And it doesn’t go away. These whispers from the unconscious are simple, essential things that are speaking to you because they are important.
They are important because part of you knows it’s what’s needed to happen.
And IF NOT DONE, it will keep popping up in your awareness- and there are good odds that it’s something that will have you feel stuck later on down the road.
Had a whisper to do a cleanse, now you’ve got heartburn.
Had a whisper to check your toilet, now it’s plugged.
Had a whisper to call your aunt, now she’s got the flu.
Had a whisper to check an email from your boss, now the situation has escalated.
LISTEN TO YOUR WHISPERS, AND TAKE CARE OF THEM.
Think of it this way…
Unconscious knowing–> whisper —> conscious awareness —-> completion.
This is where meditation (sitting quietly) is a great tool because by sitting with yourself gives you greater odds to hear the whispers.
Just a few short minutes can give you greater insight to YOUR NEXT STEP.
